I've always been drawn to the spaces in between. The conversations that linger after a workshop. The story behind the story. The moments when someone begins to see themselves, or their work, a little differently.

For years, I thought I had to choose between my interests: marketing or writing, strategy or creativity, yoga or business. Then I became a mother, and everything seemed to converge. I didn't want to walk away from the career I'd built, but I also couldn't shake the feeling that there had to be a way to build a life where work didn't come at the expense of presence, with ourselves and with the people we love.

That question led me here.

Along the way, I pivoted, slowed down, and made space to rediscover parts of myself that had been waiting patiently all along. I returned to writing. I deepened my yoga practice. I got involved in organizations whose missions were about creating spaces for people to gather, reflect, and connect. And I began to see that the interests I'd once thought competed with one another were, in fact, all pointing me in the same direction.

Marketing taught me how to help people tell their stories. Writing taught me how to pay attention. Yoga taught me another language for presence, connection, and being fully where I am. And motherhood taught me how important it is to come home to yourself. Together, they've shaped the way I approach my work today.

Whether I'm partnering with an artist on a marketing strategy, leading a writing or yoga workshop, or creating spaces for mothers to gather in community, my hope is the same: to help people tell their stories, connect more deeply (with themselves and with one another), and bring the work they're here to share into the world with intention.

I'm still learning how this all comes together. I'm still following the threads that connect creativity, strategy, and community. I'm still pivoting, evolving, likely always will be. And honestly, I'm grateful for that. Most of all, I'm grateful you're here.
